Ok soo this author woman wants me to illustrate her story(or stories, depending) that is to be published.
She offered this to me at the beginning of the year and said time wouldn't be an issue cause she's just doing it for the love of it; buuuuut I've let it sit around for way too long and I started feeling bad about it cause wtf zae why would you screw something like this up.
So just now I decided to sit my ass down to do something, and I finished a pretty rough story-board page-by-page sketch sheet, and I AM PROUD. It needs more refining but hey I got the gist of it alright.
Soooo for the rest of the week I've made it my goal to finish all of the concept sketch pages so that I can send her something this weekend to get her input and hopefully get on to the finished pages sometime soon.

annnd since you'll prolly ask, no I don't think I'll upload any of the sketches just yet, or at all, until I get an ok from the author, or until it's published. Fingers crossed haha
but I will keep y'alls updated if anyone's interested in hearing about it; this technically being some kind of "art blog" and all.
